Six years later, Feyenoord is once again champion of the Netherlands and returns to the Champions League. In 2017 the team failed to make it past the group stage of the tournament, but this year it has every chance of doing so. The absolute favourite in Group F is Atletico Madrid, but in the four games with Lazio and Celtic the Dutch will only be a slight underdog when they visit Italy.
Feyenoord vs Celtic Prediction
The Champions League doesn’t love Feyenoord, as their victory over Napoli in 2017 ended a horrific run of twelve consecutive losses for the team in the tournament. At the moment, however, the champion of the Netherlands is much stronger and I have no doubt that today will start with three points at home. I expect an emphatic success for Feyenoord with an advance at the break, plenty of goals and a difference.
