O'Higgins come into this one with four matches unbeaten in all competitions and have scored in each of those games, including three goals away to Palestino on 31 March and two at Everton de Viña del Mar. That gives them a lively recent attacking base, but it does not automatically point to both teams scoring here, because their home league record has been far tighter: three wins and one defeat, with only two goals conceded in four home matches.
Audax Italiano are less convincing on the road in Liga de Primera, where they have taken just one point from three away games and have yet to score, losing two and drawing one. Even though they have scored in their last three overall matches outside the league context, their latest away league outings have been much more restrained, and that poor travelling return is a clear warning sign for their chances of finding the net at O'Higgins.
The head-to-head record also leans toward one side keeping the other quiet more often than not. O'Higgins have failed to keep a clean sheet in five straight meetings with Audax, so there is some tension against a straight BTTS-No call, but the more relevant angle is that Audax have been shut out in two of the last four league meetings and arrive with an away attack that has produced nothing in the league so far this season.
O'Higgins' recent home numbers are the strongest reason to expect a shutout from Audax. Lucas Bovaglio's side have won three of four league games at home, conceded only twice, and have also gone four matches unbeaten overall since their loss in March. Against an away team with zero league goals on the road, that home control matters more than O'Higgins' own tendency to score, even if the 1-1 xG projection leaves a little room for the possibility of a breakthrough.
My prediction is BTTS - No at 4/5. Audax Italiano have failed to score in all three of their league away matches, O'Higgins have conceded only two goals in four home league games, and the visitors' recent road record looks especially flat. O'Higgins have also kept clean sheets in two of the last four league meetings between these sides, which fits a game where one attack is much more likely to be blanked than both to score.
