Zalaegerszegi TE arrive in solid shape for this NB I meeting, unbeaten in eight since their last loss and coming off a 2-0 home win over Újpest on 21 March. That recent run includes enough control at home to keep them competitive, with six wins, four draws and four losses at their own ground, while their overall league record has produced 41 goals in 27 matches.
Kisvárda FC have been harder to trust away from home, taking only 15 points from 13 league trips and conceding 22 times on the road. Even so, they have still found a way to contribute to scoring games, with four of their last five league matches featuring both teams on the scoresheet, and they have drawn 1-1 with Ferencváros in their latest outing on 22 March.
The head-to-head record also leans towards a game with chances at both ends. The last meeting finished 3-3 in December 2025, and Zalaegerszegi TE have not kept a clean sheet against Kisvárda in three straight clashes. Zalaegerszegi’s own recent home matches have also regularly produced goals, so a low-event contest would not be the likelier script.
